LOS ANGELES – USC football head coach Lincoln Riley and his Trojans will play seven home games at the Coliseum since the 2023 USC soccer schedule was announced by the Pac-12.
Troy will welcome league opponents Stanford, Arizona, Utah, Washington and UCLA to the Coliseum along with non-conference enemies State of San Jose and Nevada.
The Trojans’ five road games will be over State of Arizona, Colorado, Notre-Dame, California and Oregon.
USC, playing a week zero game, has two byes: one on September 16 and one in the final week of the regular season on November 25. The Trojans will face nine league teams in 2023 (all except Oregon State and Washington). Condition). USC has not played Washington at home and Oregon on the road since 2015.
USC will open its 2023 slate at the Coliseum in a week zero game on August 26 State of San Jose the Mountain West Conference. This is the sixth time USC has faced San Jose State, with the most recent encounter coming in fall 2021 when the Trojans defeated the Spartans 30-7 in the Coliseum.
The Trojans will return to the Colosseum on September 2nd of Labor Day weekend to challenge Nevada the Mountain West Conference. It is the sixth meeting of the teams, but the first since 1929.
The Trojans begin the following week with the home game against Pac-12 Stanford (with new coach Troy Taylor) on September 9th. It will be the Pac-12’s first league game of the 2023 season.
After a September 16 bye, Troy next begins a nine-week stretch of play. USC visits State of Arizona (with new trainer Kenny Dillingham) on September 23 for his first road test of the season and then travels to Colorado (with new coach Deion Sanders) on September 30th.
USC returns home to confront Arizona either 6th or 7th October, date TBD.
The Trojans take a break from conference play to travel to South Bend, Indiana to challenge Notre-Dame on October 14th, and then return to the Colosseum to take it over Utah on Oct 21
USC visits California on October 28th and then faces Washington at home on November 4, the two teams’ first game in Los Angeles since 2015.
Visit of the Trojans Oregon for the first time since 2015 on November 11, and then finish the conference game hosting the crosstown rival UCLA on November 18th. USC will bid farewell on November 25th of Thanksgiving weekend. This is the first time USC has ended the regular season with a bye since 2017.
the Pac-12 Football Championship Game will be held on Friday December 1st at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nev.
Game times and television schedules for USC’s 2023 games will be announced at a later date. All games will be broadcast nationally by either the ESPN channels, ABC, FOX, FOX Sports 1 or Pac-12 Networks.
USC season ticket renewals for the 2023 season begin today (January 18). All 2022 season ticket holders will receive an email to their registered address to extend their tickets. Season ticket deposit will be collected with immediate effect here. The deadline for extending tickets is March 3rd.
