Kentucky’s men’s basketball team has just three regular season games left. First things first: a date with Auburn on Saturday afternoon.

The Wildcats (19-9, 10-5 SEC), winners of three straight wins, are now alone in third place in the conference, behind only Alabama (14-1) and Texas A&M (13-2). The Tigers (19-9, 9-6) have lost four of their last six but they clinch a 78-74 win over Ole Miss Wednesday.

Britain remain hopeful that injured senior guards CJ Fredrick and Sahvir Wheeler will return soon. Fredrick has missed the last four games after injuring his ribs in a home loss to Arkansas on Feb. 7. Wheeler was out even longer, sitting out the final five contests after injuring his ankle.
