Next month is going to be a pretty good month for PlayStation Plus subscribers thanks to a trio of solid games worth checking out. The March 2023 PS Plus lineup includes Minecraft Dungeons, Battlefield 2042 and Code Vein. PlayStation unveiled the latest freebies during the State of Play livestream in February. You’ll have to wait until March 7th to add the games to your PS5 or PS4 library. In the meantime, make sure you claim February’s free PlayStation Plus games before they’re gone.

PlayStation revealed the next batch of free games for PS Plus subscribers during February’s State of Play livestream. The March 2023 PlayStation Plus deal includes Battlefield 2042, Minecraft Dungeons and Code Vein. All three games can be claimed starting March 7th. Regardless of which membership level you subscribe to, you can add March’s games to your library.

Both the PS5 and PS4 versions of Battlefield 2042 will be available. Although the latest entry in EA’s long-running FPS series got off to a rocky start when it launched in 2021, it has since rolled out consistent updates that have improved the online experience. With Battlefield 2042 coming to PS Plus, you can expect an increase in player numbers, so it’s a good time to give it a try.

Minecraft Dungeons is essentially the Minecraft version of Diablo, and it’s pretty damn good. Played from an isometric perspective, Minecraft Dungeons revolves around smashing through groups of enemies in search of new loot. Like Diablo, Minecraft Dungeons really gets going as the game progresses and is best enjoyed with friends. This is a great family-friendly cooperative game to play with kids, and it might help you get rid of the Diablo itch while waiting for Diablo 4.

If you’re a fan of Action RPGs and haven’t checked out yet code vein, it’s certainly worth a look when it comes to PlayStation Plus. Published by Bandai Namco, the role-playing game takes its cues from the soulful genre and has a striking anime aesthetic. While you can see the Dark Souls influence while playing, Code Vein is more forgiving. It has strong fights, cool environments and a long campaign that can be played alone or with a friend.
