After two away games, the California Golden Bears are heading home. The Golden Bears and Oregon Ducks will face off in a Pac-12 bout on Wednesday at 10:00 p.m. ET at the Haas Pavilion. Oregon should still ride high after a win, while California will look to get back into the victory column.
California were close but no cigar last Saturday as they lost to the Washington Huskies 81-78. Four Ducks players scored double digits: guard Jermaine Couisnard (27), center N’Faly Dante (22), guard Will Richardson (14) and center Nate Bittle (10).
The gold bears are expected to lose this next one by May 7th. Their home pitch has not been a bettor’s paradise as they have failed to beat the spread in eight of their 11 home games.
California’s loss put them at 3-15, while Oregon’s win put them at 10-8. In Oregon’s win, Jermaine Couisnard shot 6-for-9 from beyond the arc to finish with 27 points and five boards, and N’Faly Dante hit a double-double with 22 points and ten rebounds.
